We have a lot of goals we want to accomplish, so many things we want to do like lose weight, apply for new jobs, stop smoking, start new businesses, eat healthier, learn new things, start a gym routine and so on.
At this time of the year it’s common for a lot of us to make New Year resolutions and wait till the 1st of January before taking any action on them.
I see that as a flawed approach as it is scientifically (science is the buzz word now right?) proven that as much as 80% of New year resolutions dont last past January (even till the end of January).
I take time as a continuum meaning I believe that time just continues. It has no beginning it has no end & we only created dates, months and years as a way of keeping track of it.
I stopped making New Year’s resolutions a very long time ago when I realized this .
I believe in moving fast when the motivation is still there so if you have that thing you’re waiting for the 1st of January to start on, why not start today?
