So this would be a short post.
July of last year, I decided to totally eliminate alcohol from my diet.
I’ve never had a drinking problem fortunately but I realise that the older we get, the harder it is for the body to process non-food items so I’m on a phased plan to live a lot more healthily
More fruits & Veggies, exercise (I’m laughing), better sleep & a lot more organic food.
I believe this experiment is a success as I’ve had to handle the death of one of the people closest to me, her burial, Christmas & new year, nights out as well as a couple birthdays and weddings without tasting any of it.
I don’t know if I feel any different eliminating it, didn’t take any notes how I felt prior but I’d like to see how long I can stretch this.
